Location: Remote (with a hybrid option available in Seymour, CT)

Treehouse Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing and dynamic team. As an Onboarder, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new clients, guiding them through our digital marketing and business support services, and setting them up for success. What You’ll Do

• Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients, introducing them to Treehouse Marketing's wide range of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, paid ads, web design, content creation, and more).
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Read, edit, and optimize client website content for clarity, readability, and SEO effectiveness.
• Train clients on using our proprietary CMS, enabling them to make updates and improvements independently.
• Recommend and implement website changes to improve performance and ensure alignment with digital marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management, account management, and the graphics team, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update onboarding documentation, spreadsheets, and training materials for clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process.

What we’re looking for

• Education:

  • Relevant experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred. An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience:
• 1+ year in onboarding or strong client relations role.
• Experience in digital marketing (preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for client success.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and basic HTML knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Copywriting skills and attention to detail.

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
