SEYMOUR, CT - Contractor Nation has launched a new dealership in Columbus, Ohio that will provide basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and foundation repair services, continuing the company’s growth and strengthening its position as the leading network of home services and home improvement contractors.

Larry Janesky’s Mid-State Basement Systems, an “All Things Basementy” company,will use the same patented products and industry-leading services supplied to other dealers in the Contractor Nation network that have helped establish them as the providers of choice in their respective locations across the United States and Canada.

Under the brand of “All Things Basementy,” Mid-State Basement Systems will provide basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, structural repair, and humidity and mold control services. Mid-State Basement Systems is located at 2219 Westbrooke Drive inColumbus and will be led by new General Manager Wes Martin.Janesky owns the business and will continue to serve as CEO of Contractor Nation. 

Janesky started in the industry 32 years ago when he founded Connecticut Basement Systems, a basement waterproofing company, which has since expanded into basement finishing, crawl space retrofits and other services. Since then, the company has significantly expanded and become the state’s dominant provider, performing work in more than 65,000 homes. In 1990, while still running Connecticut Basement Systems, Janesky launched networks for basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and structural repair.
